The third leg of our “Illuminate” series brings us deeper into the heart as we look towards the De-Light of spring! And what better way to utilize and celebrate the energy around Valentine’s Day than with cultivating an even deeper relationship and understanding of Self Love.

Join Jean Mazzei, creator of the Love Lab, a 10-part series unpacking unconditional love of Self, alongside Her Festival anchor Stephanie Chee Barea to take a journey into the center of your Self, to see how you are your own sweet heart.
